Deposits are tracked against the booking they belong to. A supplier payment that would draw down past what is held is refused by the system, not by somebody remembering.
Each person completes their own record and gives their own consent. Passport validity and vaccination windows are checked against the departure date before a visa is filed.
A verified roster with licences checked against the issuing register. Double booking is prevented at the database level. Prayer times and flight arrivals block impossible meeting slots automatically.
Every change to a booking is logged, including ours. Travellers see the same trail your staff do, minus the internal notes.
Your own address, with your branding, your licence and your contact details. Checkout runs on Sanad's secure payment page, which shows your agency as the seller.
Card, Apple Pay and PayNow at checkout. The per-booking fee is capped, so a high-value trip does not cost proportionally more to process.

Licensed mutawwifs, tour guides, ground handlers and transport operators can register to take assignments from agencies on the platform. Engaged per assignment as independent contractors, paid 24 hours after completion is confirmed.
