Umrah from Singapore, and travel elsewhere held to the same standards. Every document, payment and change is written to a page you can open at any hour, without asking anyone.
Pilgrimage
Every fare includes flights, the Saudi visa, hotels, all meals and transport throughout. Open a departure for the itinerary, the hotels by name, and what it costs with fewer to a room.
On an Umrah
The parts that decide whether a pilgrimage is bearable or exhausting, and that are usually left vague until you land.
Two to four minutes depending on the departure, level and covered for most of it. We name the hotel and the side of the mosque it faces before you book, so an eighty year old is not walking twenty minutes in the afternoon heat.
Slots are reserved through Nusuk for the whole party. It is one of the few things that genuinely cannot be fixed on the ground, so it is done from Singapore, in advance, for every person on the manifest.
A licensed mutawwif for the rites themselves, and a Singaporean ustaz who travels with the group from Changi and returns with it. Manasik class before departure, and a daily halaqah after Subuh in Makkah.
Wheelchair and porter assistance from the airport through to the Haram, ground floor and lift-adjacent rooms, and a named helper assigned to anyone over seventy. Declared on the booking form, arranged before departure.
Passport validity against your arrival date, meningococcal ACWY against the ten day rule and its five year expiry, duplicate passport numbers, minors without a named guardian. Caught on entry, months before it becomes a refused visa.
Each departure has a minimum below which it does not run. If we do not reach it you are told at least sixty days out and refunded in full, with no deduction. You will not find out three weeks before.
Pilgrimage, unled
Flights, visa and hotels arranged the same way. No Singapore ustaz, no coach, no group of forty. Instead a licensed mutawwif waiting at a gate you choose, for as many hours as you want him, and nobody stands at the Kaaba for the first time by themselves.
Travel
Heritage and leisure trips run the way a Muslim family actually needs them run. Not a pilgrimage, and not sold as one. Just travel where nobody has to spend the week asking what is in the soup.
On a journey
Any agency can put you on the same coach to Ha Long Bay. These are the things that decide whether the trip is restful or a running negotiation.
Halal certified or Muslim owned, confirmed before we go rather than found on the day. Included in the fare, so nobody is skipping lunch or eating bread in the hotel room while the rest of the group is at a restaurant.
The itinerary is built around prayer times, not interrupted by them. Stops arranged at the right hours, Jumu'ah at a proper masjid rather than a corner of the coach park, and qibla confirmed at every hotel.
A Muslim guide on the ground who does not need the reason explained when you ask what stock the broth was made with, or where the nearest surau is.
No group meals in venues built around a bar. Rooms allocated so families stay together, and prayer mats available without asking at reception twice.
Walking distances and daily pace set for a group that includes children and grandparents. Room configurations that keep a family on one floor rather than scattered across three.
Documents, payments and changes are recorded exactly as they are for an Umrah. Different trip, same record, and no chasing anyone on WhatsApp for an update.
After you pay
Most agencies hand you a WhatsApp number and you spend the next six months asking whether the visa has gone in. Your booking has a page instead. It shows what has been received, what is outstanding, whose passport is still missing and what happens next, updated as it happens rather than when someone gets round to replying.
The same page records every change we make, dated, with the name of whoever made it. If a hotel is substituted or a price is corrected, you see it there before you hear it from us.
How it works
Choose a departure and hold your seats. Payment is collected by Lynexis Pte Ltd, which runs the booking system, and passed to ABI Travel less a platform fee. ABI Travel holds the STB licence and operates the trip. The balance is due forty-five days before departure, and the cancellation schedule is printed on the trip page before you commit a cent.
Every traveller gets their own secure link for passport, vaccination and consent. No photographs of passports on WhatsApp, and no one adult filling in another adult's details. If a passport expires too early or a meningococcal certificate is dated too late, you are told the day it is entered, not the week before departure.
Manasik class in Singapore, a leader with the group from Changi and back, and Raudhah slots booked through Nusuk for everyone rather than whoever queues fastest. Wheelchair assistance and ground floor rooms are arranged in advance where they are needed, not negotiated at the hotel counter.
Who travels with you
Dedicated mutawwif travels from Changi and returns with everyone. Manasik class before departure, a daily halaqah after Subuh in Makkah, and a licensed mutawwif alongside him for the rites themselves.
For anyone travelling for the first time, or taking parents who have waited years for this, that continuity is most of what you are paying for. The arrangements can be bought anywhere. Someone who knows your mother's name by the second day cannot.
